Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis) is pharmacologically acknowledge to be antibacterial, anticancer, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and more. This Mediterranean gem does it all. It improves circulation, and promotes perspiration. The perspiration brings all the nasty bits to the surface to be sweated away in the bath. The chamomile (Matricaria recutita) is an antibacterial addition that provides a relaxing element to the mix.
